Report To The Nation

The BSA annual report to the president is now available. Go here to see it.

The website has been noticed by the leadership, and they are taking a look at it to see what we should do with it. If everything goes well, the website might become the major hub for all Troop related information and communication.

This means that I might get the information needed to update the website some more, and to finish some sections that need content.

I deleted everything on the Geocities site, except for the main page that redirects you to this page now.

I chose Netfirms because of thier CGI abilities (what you are reading now was created with CGI, I can have multiple people submit news by logging into the website. Such as the leader. Cool eh?), because of thier large amount of free space (25 MB), and because of thier large amount of free bandwidth (1 GB per month).

Also, the ads should be not as annoying, since they are just banners at the top of the screen, instead of a box that covers part of the page.

I updated the Past Trips page, which now has all of the photos from the Geocities site. You need to have Javascript enabled because it opens a new pop-up page when you choose a trip to view. (Disable any anti-pop-up software too)

Other than that, have fun, take a look around and email me with any suggestions/fixes for the site.

Finally

The website is now finished, except for a few pages where I am either waiting for the information to be directed to me, or I am currently working on the images/content for the unfinished pages.
